Top will be placed in plastic & shipped in a poly bag. Tag states it is a small, but it seems more like a medium to me. The blouse has a few flaws. It has a black spot/line on the shoulder (right shoulder in the picture, left shoulder if you are wearing it. Due to the material, it has a few “lines or runs” going down it. The tank underneath it has a black line across the bottom. It has a few loose threads on the inside too. I have tried to take pictures of the flaws. Hello! Measurements are about 17” (17”x2= 34” total) from where the armpit rests and 25” from the highest point of the blouse to the bottom. I am the original owner of the top.
