Misses size XL ( I wear a size 10 and am 5'11" tall and thin to average build and it fits me well). It comes just above my knee and I have a 35" inseam. It's not too tight or too loose....more loose than tight since it's like a swing dress. Good pre owned condition. It does have a loose loop for the bottom button at neck.
