Lillie Rubin Vintage 1980's party dress This is amazing. The best of the 80's. I had a similar dress that I purchased directly from Lillie Rubin in Bal Harbor Shops (miami) in the mid 80's. This store had the best formal wear in south florida. The dresses were well made and have stood the test of time. Black faille fabric (kind of stiff)Tonal print of polka dots shirred around the bodice full skirt with crinoline underneath zips up in back Hot pink satin sash is fully removable No size tag I estimate it to be a modern size 8. See measurements Bust measured around the top of the dress is 36" Waist 30" Hips 40" Shoulder strap to hem is 51" My items are shipped from a clean, non-smoking, pet-free environment.
