However, over the years the straps have "Peeled" as shown in the pictures. I was planning on replacing handles by purchasing new ones OR having a local shoe repairman make a new purse handle using the existing swivel lobster hooks, but never got around to it. Nevertheless, the purse straps will be included. Also, the purse has some light pen marks on the inside of the purse.
