New without tags. I have a huge lot of RTB items from an estate. These were sold at motorcycle/bike rallies. Perfect for the biker babes out there. Size is WOMEN's SMALL. Pit to pit is 13 1/2" and made to stretch. Length is approx. 24". My mannequin is a size 6 so will fit smaller than a S but it does look really small when you pull it out of the package.
