Vintage 1970s Brass Tone Postage Stamp Roll Dispenser / Made in Japan. I'm sorry, I didn't have a roll of stamps to demonstrate how this works. But you put the roll of stamps on the spike inside and feed it through the slit. Then you have a way for your stamp roll to stay neat and rolled up. A brass tone postage stamp roll dispenser. It is in great condition. No bends or dings. The felt on the bottom is a bit worn but still covers entirely. There are some scratches on the metal cover. Please see last photo. Made in Japan is stamped on the bottom. It measures 2 1/4" in diameter x 2" tall.
