There is a tear in the inside lining at the underarm, one of the buttons was re-sewn on, the inside buttons are loose, there is some tarnishing to the outside buttons and the belt is missing. The coat was dry cleaned prior to storage, however there is a stale smell and it may have to be cleaned. I have it airing out, so there is a possibility it will be fine when it arrives. All flaws require minor repairs and there are no visible tears nor stains.
