I am not 100% positive that this gown has never been worn. I looked it over totally, arm creases, neckline, seams, tags, etc. trying to find out if this dress has ever been worn. I do not see any sign of it at all. But, since I am not the first owner, I cannot say it assuredly. If you already know about Peggy Jennings, the gown’s designer, you can skip this part. I say almost the same thing about her in each listing when I am introducing buyers to her clothing. Peggy Jennings is a small luxury clothing designer that has been working with heads of state, First Ladies, and CEO’s. She has created clothing for both Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush, (so she does work both sides of the aisle!) She uses the finest European fabrics, hand sews every button, and lines everything in silk. Since a lot of her clothing is bespoke, handmade specifically for a certain woman, she doesn’t always use size tags. Please check the measurements.
