This is a new hat without tags from a Nordstrom pallet. Which means it could have been a shelf pull. I am not very familiar with the brand, or the way it fastens. Maybe something is missing, but I am not sure. It has a pen mark on the left side, and what looks like some white chalk under the cap. It was in the pallet without a bag. The tag labels it as one size fits most. I would say it’s adjustable. When I put it on I can tighten it. It feels secure, but I have never had a cap without some sort of fasten, so it is likely missing
